You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or limit access if account activity appears unauthorized, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
2. Acceptable Use
- Do not use DidThis for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform.
- Do not upload malicious code or harmful content.
3. User Content and License
You retain ownership of content you submit to DidThis. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that such content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed based on your selected subscription. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and any prorated plan adjustments.
Subscription terms, seat counts, renewals, and cancellation behavior are governed by your selected plan and checkout terms. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
5. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

DidThis and all related software, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted, all rights are reserved.
